i found parking easy and the access from the main highway was convenient. the room featured two double beds in a suite ideal for a family. a microwave, sink, and kettle were useful, the bathroom was large!

The room was modern and spacious. It worked PERFECTLY for my family. Beds were very comfortable. The WiFi speed was decent, and it had smart TVs.
I did notice the hotel lacked single-use flip-flops. Those would be a NICE addition.

The room design provided separation when the kids used the sofa bed. I could keep an ear out while they slept, a HUGE plus. Everything maintained a clean standard and was comfortable. A small kitchenette included a pod coffee machine plus a kettle.
My request, communicated ahead of arrival, was not acknowledged initially. The staff later did their best to accommodate me. This oversight required more effort on their part to assist effectively, showing a need for better communication.

The buffet breakfast presented a good variety. My girls especially enjoyed the Nutella and pancakes on offer. It was great to see them have such a hearty start to their days..

There were lots of charging points available throughout the room. The ample number of charging locations helped keep all our devices powered. This added convenience is something i noticed and greatly appreciated.

The hotel was easy to find. Free parking was available, which I appreciated. The room was perfect for my family, a family of 4. It was clean and spacious.
There was no grooming kit available. Also there weren't a dental kit in the bathroom. I was expected that in hotels of this category.

I booked a room WITH air conditioning, but it did NOT work. The room was uncomfortably warm and stuffy ALL night. Sleeping was difficult because of the heat. the parking fee felt excessive for the location.
